The Irkutsk Aviation Plant to produce 10 serial MC-21 aircraft by 2020, by 2023 - already 35, and by 2026 will reach the maximum production volumes. This was announced on Thursday by the Governor of the Irkutsk region Sergey Levchenko.

"In 2020, the task is to produce ten aircraft, by 2023 - 35 and by 2025-2026 - will reach to the maximum volume," he said.

He recalled that the first serial aircraft MC-21 will operate on the territory of the Irkutsk region. And the contract with the IrAero airline has already been signed.
