Magnetic MRO received the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) certification, proving the company has qualifications and meet local regulatory requirements for the maintenance, repair and overhaul organizations. Obtaining this certification allows the company to expand its capabilities and provide maintenance service on Chinese registered aircraft and its engines.
„We are delighted to have received this certificate. CAAC certificate possession allows us to expand our service offerings to Chinese airlines and allows us to perform maintenance in the region. It acknowledges the qualifications we have and will have a positive influence strengthening our positions in the region," shared Francis Liu, Board Member at Magnetic MRO.

According to Magnetic MRO representatives, the certification approval process is well established, and both application and processing are mainly done digitally through the Internet via Flight Standards Oversight Program (FSOP) MRO Certification & Surveillance System (MCSS). For the certificate to be awarded to the company, the Letter of Intent from Chinese customer is required.
The CAAC certification complements the European Aviation Safety Agency as well as Federal Aviation Authority certificates held by Magnetic MRO.
