UrbanLink Air Mobility has reached an initial agreement with a major alternative asset finance company to lease up to ten BETA Technologies electric conventional takeoff and landing (eCTOL) aircraft from their current order book with BETA. The first delivery is anticipated in late 2027.
This agreement positions UrbanLink to launch all-electric operations in late 2027, utilizing a network of Fixed Base Operators across South Florida - with planned routes extending north to Orlando and Tampa, and south through the Florida Keys to Key West.
UrbanLink also plans to acquire BETA’s eVTOL aircraft once available, with operations expected to launch from a network of vertiports currently being developed in partnership with airports, municipalities, and county governments.
In parallel, UrbanLink is in discussions with several major international airlines to provide connecting services from Florida airports - including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach - and with leading cruise lines to offer air service between airports and cruise ports.
