The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has announced a tender for the delivery of a Tu-204-300 passenger aircraft with apartments for the "main passenger" and two lounges for guests. The total cost of the order 1.7 billion rubles ($29mln). This is stated in the application posted on the website of public procurement.

According to the documentation, the passenger cabin of the aircraft should be divided into 3 sections and should provide transportation for up to 55 passengers. In the first part of the cabin will be located four comfortable seats, as well as the apartments of the "main passenger" with a double bed, wardrobe, toilet, as well as a study with a three-seater sofa. In the second part of the salon there should be large stationary tables for negotiations, three comfortable seats and a five-seater sofa. In the third part of the salon business and economy classes are envisaged, the procurement materials say.

The aircraft will be used to transport service passengers across Russia and abroad. The aircraft must be produced no earlier than 2005 and have the remainder of the designated resource on the delivery date of not less than 19 thousand flight hours.

The aircraft must be delivered by December 2018. The supplier will be selected on June 13th.
