FNA Aviation Ltd, leading general aviation services company in Israel, has accepted its first DA62 for the Israeli market. The fully equipped twin-engine 7-seater plane with a unique design will be available for air charter services. The company already operates two single-engine 4-seater DA40 and one twin-engine 4-seater DA42 for training and air taxi services.

“We are happy to welcome the most modern twin-engine light plane on the market to our fleet. My expectations for the DA62 are high. Due to the very efficient technology, we will be able to compete in the twin-engine light piston business at a very competitive price,” says Nisim Vanunu, Owner FNA Aviation Ltd. “With our DA40s and DA42 we are already very successful in training aspiring pilots, approximately 1,800 hours in total per year. We reduced our fuel consumption as well as maintenance costs tremendously compared to competitor aircraft in our operation.”

Amila Spiegel, Sales Director Civil Aircraft Diamond Aircraft Industries GmbH: “Diamond Aircraft is happy to see the first DA62 flying in Israel. The economical fuel burn of the two AE330 Austro Engines of only 11.8 US gal per hour in total at 60% as well as the spacious and luxurious cabin will provide maximum benefits for FNA Aviation and its customers. We can’t wait to see more Diamonds flying in Israel.”

FNA Aviation was founded in 1997. FNA is a leading provider of aviation services and is the on the top in the Israeli General Aviation market. The company is the owner of 15 aircraft from all kinds, which allow FNA to provide solutions to all General Aviation requirements. For more information: www.fnaviation.co.il
