Designed for easy installation the In-Seat USB Power solution requires no permanent physical modification of the seats and is extremely lightweight at 0.4kg per three – seat configuration.
The EASA and FAA approved system can be installed on a staged basis which minimises ground time for airlines and is suitable for installation on all commercial aircraft types.
David Torres, Privilege Style said; “Eirtech Aviation’s Power Solution satisfied a wide range of criteria during the selection process; its retrofit design allowed for quick and easy installation onto the aircraft, with one high power USB power outlet per passenger and an LED Light for ease of access, it was the perfect solution for us. More and more passengers are choosing to use their personal devices in-flight, we felt it important to satisfy customer expectations and provide an appropriate power solution. Privilege Style are an airline committed to improving passenger experience and Eirtech’s USB solution has certainly helped us achieve this”
Niall Cunningham, CEO of Eirtech Aviation said; “The rising popularity of Wireless In-Flight Entertainment systems means it is becoming necessary to have aircraft equipped with a viable power solution. We have developed a USB power system which offers numerous benefits to both airlines and their passengers. Airlines can yield the ancillary benefits of Wireless IFE Systems while passengers have the ability to access personal content without worrying about the battery life of their device. Passengers expectations have increased and airlines are recognising this, airlines and operators are constantly looking ahead identifying new technologies to improve passenger experience, and we are continuously aiming to meet such demands”
