EngineStands24, a subsidiary of a global provider of Total Technical Care for aircraft operators and lessors, Magnetic MRO, has announced the entering of wide-bodies market with the recent purchase of PW4000-94 engine stands for B747 and B767 aircraft, manufactured in the USA by the AGSE, as well as Trent 700 engine stands for A330, manufactured in the USA by HYDRO Systems KG. The recently acquired engine stands are the first in the portfolio, dedicated to wide-body aircraft.
According to EngineStands24, the demand for such engine stands has been increasing for a while now and with the recent pandemic, following growing numbers of B747 and B767 aircraft being converted for cargo operations, such demand has spiked even more.
“Recent expansion of our stands pool for the lease was much anticipated – since we saw the increase in demand for such stands, it is just natural to follow it and meet the needs of our clients. It opens more doors to us now too as we are able to service more airlines operating wide-body aircraft – and we are looking into plans for future growth. In our line of work, the recent pandemic has presented some opportunities and I am very happy we have seized it and invested further into growing our business,” shared Daiva Zemaite, Head of EngineStands24.
Currently, the stands are being delivered to the company’s hub in Amsterdam from where it can be leased to any worldwide location. In addition to the expansion of the engine stands pool, the company is going to introduce its renewed online leasing platform shortly.
