Joramco - region largest independent MRO provider and the engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), recently returned from two intensive days at MRO Middle East 2022.

On the opening day, Joramco CEO Fraser Currie spoke on the Leaders Panel at the Go Live Theater, alongside other top MRO executives from the region, about the company’s remarkable performance despite the COVID-19 pandemic. The theme of the panel discussion was to assess where are regional market is in the recovery phase, focusing especially on how leaders have responded by ramping up their teams and operations, and increasingly working with partners to meet accelerating demand.

The Joramco brand was a prominent presence at the event through exclusive media interviews, TV spots and cover stories, sponsorships and media partnerships, as well as a well-visited stand at the tradeshow where its representatives converged with new and established partners. Also at the event, the Amman-based MRO revealed maintenance agreements with GetJet Airlines, DHL, and Corendon Airlines in addition to supply chain agreements with Satair and Proponent.

Commenting on the event, Elie Dib, Director of Commercial and Business Development said, “MRO ME has been another fantastic event. Joramco is going from “Good to Great” and we continue to see phenomenal growth. With new and renewed agreements coming out of our robust reputation for excellence, our hangars are reaching full capacity. We have ambitions growth plans for the company in the pipeline; things are happening at our facilities at Queen Alia Airport where our capacities are constantly expanding.”

The Dubai event brought together interested parties from across the aviation and aircraft maintenance industry, to convey their capabilities, strike new deals, and learn from each other in the context of a rapidly evolving post-Covid market.
