Flightworx Aviation are ensuring private owners and operators are ready for August 25, 2016, the date in which the EASA Part NCC ruling takes effect. They are offering free workshops between now and the August deadline to everyone within the industry who requires assistance.
Today’s session and all subsequent workshops are being conducted by Flightworx Aviation’s Quality Coordinator, Giles Hockin. Giles’ former roles within the aviation industry include 10 years as a Senior Crewing Controller for Britannia Airways and more recently, 13 years with the CAA as a Senior Inspecting Officer.
Giles says ‘Operators will need to be familiar with the EASA Basic Regulation and the Air Operations Regulation. Our workshop is designed to be an informative look at what the regulation involves and provide clarity and a practical steer to operators on what this means for them as regards the processes and systems they will need to have in place. Interest has been high and places on the workshops are being taken up quickly’
Each workshop runs from 10am – 4pm and each attendee is given lunch, kindly provided by inflight caterers ‘On Air Dining’
Andy Shaw, Managing Director says ‘Flightworx is well positioned to provide existing non-commercial operators with the full or part support they will need under the EASA Part NCC ruling to reach and maintain compliance. We have a great facility here at the Diamond Hangar to hold these workshops and welcome the opportunity to guide operators in the right direction on this new regulation.’
At the time of press the following workshop dates still available are; 21 June and 12 July.
