NBAA has given two of its safety awards to European aircraft charter and management company ABS Jets. The first award went to the Czech Republic-based operator in recognition of 11 years without an accident, involving 26,937 flight hours. Vladimir Sip, one of ABS’s most experience maintenance staff received the Technician Safety Award in recognition of his role in supporting the accident-free record of its fleet.

ABS Jets is headquartered in the Czech capital Prague and also has a base in Bratislava, Slovakia. “Our excellent safety record is due to the fact that safety is top of our agenda in everything we do,” commented CEO Vladimir Petak. “This is further demonstrated by the fact that Vladimir is another member of our team to receive the technician safety award. I congratulate Vladimir and thank him for an outstanding job.”
