The Latvian airline airBaltic hosted its “open door” initiative in Estonia for young professionals seeking to become part of the carrier’s development under Horizon 2021 business plan.
Daiga Ergle, SVP Human Resources of airBaltic: “airBaltic has started a very exciting year - we have at least 12 new destinations on our route map for better connectivity in the whole Baltic region, we introduce the world’s most modern aircraft Bombardier CS300, and serve a growing family of customers. Naturally, we want new talent to join this unprecedented and unique development.”

The “open door” initiative will first target young professionals willing to join the team of airBaltic’s award-winning cabin crew. The project does not require candidates to fill out an application form before the visit, but simply take their CV, personal identification document and arrive for the selection process. For more information, candidates can visit airBaltic’s recruitment website: http://recruite.airbaltic.com/.
