Nortavia chooses an Alsim AL250

Alsim is very proud to announce the sale of an AL 250 to Nortavia, a pilot training and flight school in Maia, Portugal. The ATO is currently using Cessna 152, 172 and 172 G1000, as well as a Piper Seminole PA44, a Beechcraft F33A and a Tecnam P2006T.

The Alsim AL250 is a generic and compact simulator for single & multi engine piston (SEP/MEP reconfigurable) PPL, CPL & IR training. The device meets all current regulatory standards and responds to training requirements of smaller and mid-sized ATOs, flight schools, and universities. With more than 30 devices installed worldwide, the AL250 has a proven track record for cost-effectiveness and helps save numerous aircraft hours.

Nortávia was founded in 1989 and is today mostly dedicated to training ATPL(A) pilots. At the very beginning of its operation, Nortávia trained private pilots and did various aerial work such as photography and banner towing. Later on, Nortavia started training professional pilots which took its operation to a new level.
